Princess Emma Swan is a major character featured in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in "The Chain of Memories" as a mysterious Keyblade wielder sent to help Taran and Mickey in their time of need by an anonymous source. It is not until "An Empire of Dreams" where it is revealed that Emma is actually from the future of the 30th Century kingdom of Auradon, a future which has been dimensionally and temporally ransacked by the threat of the Dominion XIII terrorist empire, and she has ventured to the past to team up with the Highwind Crew to save her future and her parents, Snow White and James Ferdinand, by any means necessary. Emma returns as the main protagonist of "Encoded Truths" where she is selected by the High Council to enter the Grid and uncover the mystery of Jiminy's Journal due to her so-far stronger will and willingness to shoulder harsh truths that Taran can not at the moment.
Within the court of Auradon, she is known as the Savior, the leader of the Descendants who is required to save the kingdom from any world-ending threats through the use of her special Keyblade. Emma has also inherited her mother's dangerous power of Sailor Neo-Saturn, which she struggles to prevent it from overtaking her at all times.
Her role in the story is a combination of Future Trunks from "Dragon Ball Z" and part of Chibi-Usa from "SM R".
