Mister Dumplin Popo
Mr. Dumpling Popo is a minor supporting character in Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in Kingdom Hearts X.2 - Unchained as a member of the High Council.
A kind-hearted yet absurdly powerful djinn, he appears as an attendant of the High Council's Agrabah and Land of Dragons divisions. Although he is bound there eternally as the gardener and caretaker, he can instantaneously travel anywhere in the worlds when the occasion calls for it by using a magic carpet. He is also considered a great asset by the High Council, having been reserved as the Council's secret weapon due to his origins as a primordial cosmic force. Nonetheless, he is shown to be concerned for the well-being of his family and apprentices, though he is not a force to be underestimated, as his anger would manifest into a malevolent persona, inflicting misery and misfortune on those who threaten his family.
