The Phantom Blot is a major antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in "Birth of A New Era" as a royal aide to King Roland Mouse, before betraying him to side with Maleficent in her attack on Radiant Garden. He later appears in "The Journey" as the second-in-command to the Horned King and his closest follower in manipulating certain members of the Hellfire Organization to serve as test subjects in the lich's plans to open the Final Keyhole.

(Serves as an attendant to Maleficent within the ranks of the Hellfire Organization, aiding her in seducing Ellidyr to their side with promises of power and recognition; has direct command over several of the lesser acolyte villains sent across the worlds; is secretly working with the Horned King to induce the other villains to open the Final Keyhole to assume ultimate power)

Appearance[]
The Phantom Blot wears dark clothes that make him resemble a living ink-blot, or shadow. His mask sometimes has a mouth. Without his mask, he is a doglike figure with a long black mustache and black slicked-back hair. His ears are the same color as his face, and he has a large black nose.
Personality[]
The Blot is very vain and his desire for money and power is only surpassed by his desire to immortalize his name in "the annals of crime". Some of his plans have no monetary gain, but their purpose is to spread fear of him to the public, adding to his reputation as a villain.
He is cunning, and can come up with hundreds of different plans, from stealing all the money in the world, to murder. He sometimes plans to destroy [sic] Mickey Mouse in revenge for multiple defeats.
Despite his ruthlessness, he has been known to occasionally show a softer side. In his first appearance, he claims he left Mickey in traps to die instead of killing him, because he can't stand to actually see someone die. However, on his criminal record file in the Disney-Land archives, Blot is called 'black-hearted', which suggests acclimation to the life of crime.
