Fin Fang Foom
Fin Fang Foom (an ancient name translating to "He Whose Limbs Shatter Mountains and Whose Back Scrapes the Sun") is a Makluan alien resembling a dragon who first appears in Kingdom Hearts III - Return of the Keyblade. A member of a gang of Makluan criminals who fled their homeworld's authorities and crashed on Midgard-616 centuries ago, Foom and his companions tried to conquer the planet but were defeated and cast into an enchanted sleep by the Ancient One. Rising again in modern times, Foom sensed the power source of his old spacecraft had come into the possession of the Mandarin, who used them as his rings. Seeking the Mandarin out, Foom agreed to aid him in his own goals of world conquest in exchange for the return of the rings - something Foom intends to take whether or not the Mandarin will honor their agreement.

(Returns alongside his "master" to take advantage of their old foe's death to once more attempt to conquer the world, only to run afoul of their new arch-nemesis Shang-Chi; decides to betray the Mandarin when the Dweller in Darkness is freed at long last, siding with the Great Old One of HYDRA to regain the rings which he believes rightfully belong to him in exchange for allowing Midgard to be razed completely of all life to allow for the Makluans to conquer the planet as the new dominant race; is defeated by the true dragon protector of Ta Lo and incinerated, though not before warning Shang-Chi that the power contained in the 10 Rings predates the rings and the Makluans themselves, and to best beware what he's unleashed by his actions...)
