Jack Frost - Gregor Shapanka

Gregor Shapanka, also known as Jack Frost, is a minor antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in "Kingdom Hearts 1 - The Journey" for the events of the second Iron Foundry campaign as a henchman to Justin Hammer within the ranks of the Guardsmen.

Gregor was a former employee of Stark Industries who was fired for trying to rob the company's funds to finance his experiments to achieve physical immortality through cryogenics. Afterward, he went to Hammer Industries and applied for a job to continue his ice-related work. When Justin freed Ivan Vanko from prison to build him Iron armors to compete with Tony's own Iron Man armor, Gregor saw this as an opportunity to have his own armor commissioned, with which he hoped to slow his own aging process. Vanko thus built the Guardsmen armors, with one of them built for tundra exploration and equipped with weaponry capable of generating bursts of intense ice, which Gregor thus took for himself and became known as Jack Frost, in mocking honor of the mythological character of the same name.

Shapanka accompanied the other Guardsmen to the Stark Expo and attacked Tony and James Rhodes/War Machine when they intervened to halt Vanko's plans. Afterward, he was arrested with the other criminals and taken to Ryker's Island for a while, until he was freed by Loki's transfigured SHIELD/HYDRA soldiers and given back his armor from the Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility so that Gregor could become a member of Baron Zemo's Masters of Evil and take their revenge on the Avengers Initiative.

(Serves as one of Justin Hammer's Guardsmen for the events of Iron Man 2, assisting his boss and Whiplash in trying to ruin Tony Stark's good name before killing him at his lowest point; later serves as a member of the Masters of Evil for the events of The Avengers, before being killed by the Chitauri hordes for backing out of the plan out of fear of losing his home planet to those savage Parademon knockoffs)
