Kala of the Ten Rings/Atlantean Renegades alliance
Kala is a minor antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in "The Journey" for the events of the first Iron Foundry campaign of Midgard-616 as the partner in crime to Raza within their cell of the Ten Rings.
She was a rogue Atlantean terrorist who was banished from the ancient continent many ages before it sank beneath the waves. On her long exile, Kala met the original Mandarin from thousands of years ago, and, enraptured by his own ideas for world stability through its conquest, helped him form the Ten Rings organization while keeping herself alive for all these centuries using stolen Atlantean tech mixed with alchemic serums spiked with her Mandarin ring. In the modern era, Kala appointed herself as the secret mastermind behind Raza's Ten Rings faction, entering a silent pact with Obadiah Stane to get rid of Tony Stark in exchange for acquiring his technology to achieve her own ends. However, upon Tony building the Iron Man armor and using to escape her clutches, Obadiah backstabbed and aged Kala into a frail old hag as punishment for her failure to keep him locked up when he found out.
