Mayor Lionheart

Mayor Leodore Lionheart is a minor character in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in "Return of the Keyblade" as the noble yet pompous mayor of Zootopia. Seemingly noble, he'll do anything to protect Zootopia — and his reputation, even keep secrets from the people of the city about his treatment of the victims of his mistreated, power-hungry assistant's scheme for power.
