Brian Dunlap/Ogre/"Wendell Levi"
Brian Dunlap, also known by his pseudonym of Wendell Levi and his codename of the Ogre, is a minor antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, only appearing in "An Empire of Dreams" as one of several mini-bosses fought in the Alderaan/final Sunset Horizons campaign.
A master computer hacker with superhuman genius skill in inventing, Dunlap is an old acquaintance of Calvin Zabo from years back when they used to work for SHIELD. Dunlap's greed for endless information and control led him to use his hacking skills for criminal gain, forcing SHIELD to apprehend him, convict him of treason, and implant a microchip in his right arm to keep him from getting too close to modern technology, forcing him to rely on other people to use computers for him. To escape SHIELD's radar while he worked on a way to restore his hacking ability, Dunlap adopted a false identity as Wendell Levi and went into hiding in the Mojave Desert. Years later, "Levi" would reunite with Zabo while the latter was on his misguided quest to get revenge on SHIELD for denying him his venegance and desired reunion, which resulted in Zabo surgically removing the chip from Dunlap's arm in exchange for recruiting him into the Slicing Talons as his primary hacker. On Zabo's orders, Dunlap, as the Ogre, decoded a stolen Index for Zabo to use to locate other super-criminals defeated by SHIELD in the past, then used technological solutions to unlock the security measures keeping their powers in check, allowing them to go full-out in battling the Agents of SHIELD. However, Ogre and the other members were no match for the heroes once Zabo was kidnapped by Reader to face judgment by the Inhuman Elders of Afterlife, resulting in most of the Slicing Talons being arrested and taken to the Vault for detention.
