The Ringmaster
Herman Ringling the Ringmaster is a minor character in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, only appearing in "The Chain of Memories" as an NPC featured in the Big Top Circus campaign.
The head of the Big Top Circus, Herman tries to conduct the greatest shows possible in order to satisfy the audience/customers, but sometimes the incompetence of his own employees and himself keep getting in the way. He's not a bad guy, he's just largely unimaginative in his ideas and has a bad habit of not giving his employees the benefit of a doubt in their private lives. He also tends to jump to conclusions without first assessing the situation closely, which was how Dumbo's mother got locked up in the first place. He's very excitable, hammy, and has a blusterous temper.
When his world is merged with that of Wonderland thanks to the powerful magic of Castle Oblivion amplified by Guinevere's own powerful memory magic, Herman is forced to put on a good show for the Queen of Hearts with his life on the line. His movie role is largely unchanged except for his memories being stolen as well to power the resurrection of the Trickmaster.
