A Death Rider/Fire Elemental hybrid
SkullMeramon, also known as the Fire Elemental Death Rider, is a minor antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, only appearing in "Encoded Truths" as a sub-boss in the Forbidden Mountains campaign.
An evolution of the Meramera, this Digital Mutate's body is cloaked in blue, high-temperature flames. The flames that arise from its body blaze brightly in blue, as these flames burn hotter than the Meramera's. Its offensive and defensive abilities have risen considerably, which in conjunction with the strength of its flames, bestow upon this particular Digital Mutate tremendous destructive power. Although fire-type Digital Mutates tend to be weak against water and ice-type Digital Mutates, fighting the strength of the Death Rider's flames with them is as futile as pouring water on a hot stone. Its Special Move is melting the heavy metal within its body, and spitting it out at the enemy.

A Fire Elemental Death Rider was created by Pete using Data Bugs to fuse together a Meramera with an Obake and data entry files on the Johnny Blaze incarnation of Ghost Rider to create the perfect bodyguard that would keep any intruders out of the Forbidden Mountains. It confronted Emma Swan and her friends at the Entrance Hall, leading to a battle between them before it was finally taken down by Goofy and Elliott the Dragon working together to put out its flames.

Attacks
- Metal Fireball: Launches a destructive ball of melted metal from its mouth. Alternatively, it fires blue fire mixed with liquid metal so that it clings to an opponent.
- Chain of Pain: Uses one of the chains on its body as a whip.
- Blazing Iron Whip: Uses many chains as whips.
