Tamatoa
Tamatoa is a supporting antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing in "The Keyblade Wars" as a supporting player of the Ancient Hawaii/Motonui campaign, before returning for the Modern Motunui campaign of "Return of the Keyblade" as the Dragon to Mamanu within the ranks of the Hellfire Organization.
A gargantuan coconut crab Yokai, Tamatoa was once a servant of the High Council as a guardian of treasure within one of the Underworld's vassal kingdoms of Lalotai. However, he began to consider the treasure itself more important than his goal of stewardship. As such, the vain and ambitious Tamatoa began harvesting all the treasure and artifacts he could get his claws on, hoping to become impressive enough to have the council give HIM domain over his world. Instead, the furious Council members banished him from their ranks for his treacherous desires, leading the crab directly into the path of the Sith sorceress Mamanu, who hired him as her bodyguard in exchange with providing him with enough treasures to compensate for his services. Mamanu then had him help her manipulate the Polynesian Demi-god Maui into stealing the heart of Te Fiti so that they could use it to control the lazy Alpha Being and rule the universe, but the heart was lost to the bottom of the sea in the confusion of Te Fiti's maddening degeneration into Te Ka, and Tamatoa decided to bail out while the going was good, though not before nabbing his claws on Maui's fish hook on the way out.
