Thunderball
Dr. Eliot Franklin, aka Thunderball, is a superhumanly strong member of HYDRA's Wrecking Crew. A brilliant physicist and engineer, Franklin devoted his talents to HYDRA and was assigned to create weapons for the terrorist organization's ally Ian Quinn. After HYDRA was forced out of hiding within SHIELD, Franklin decided to create soldiers for his superior John Garrett by splitting the criminal Wrecker's powers between himself and two other men. The experiment proved successful, and Franklin joined the new Wrecking Crew as Thunderball.
